EagleWings Loft reserves the right to change or modify these Terms (including our policies which are incorporated into these Terms) at any time. You are strongly recommended to read these Terms regularly. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms by your continued use of the Platforms following the date on which the amended Terms are posted.
USING THE PLATFORM
The Platform may be used by (i) natural persons who have reached 18 years of age and (ii) corporate legal entities, e.g companies.
Users below the age of 18 must obtain consent from parent(s) or legal guardian(s), who by accepting these Terms shall agree to take responsibility for your actions and any charges associated with your use of the Platform and/or purchase of Goods. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing the Platform immediately.
When placing an order, you will be asked to provide your personal information including a valid email address, a mobile phone number and address. To purchase an Order, you may need to provide us with your credit card details. Save for cases of fraud or abuse which are not your fault, you accept that all Orders placed are your sole responsibility.
EagleWings Loft shall not be liable for Orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect or missing information provided by you. You are obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate and truthful for the proper processing of the Order, including your delivery address and contact information.
When you place an Order with EagleWings Loft, an order confirmation will be sent via email. Orders will include delivery fees (where applicable) and GST charges.
Tables are available for two hours, after which they will be re-booked. Please contact us if you would like to stay at your table for longer than two hours and, if we have space available, we will do our best to accommodate you.
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. Your booking will be forfeited beyond 15 minutes of absence without notification.
Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.
Food & Menu
We respectfully ask that food that has not been prepared in our kitchens is not consumed on our premises. The reasons we have implemented this policy are that (i) the service of food not on the menu can impact our quality of service to the customer who brought the cake and customers on other tables, especially if we were not warned in advance, (ii) in the event of an alleged food poisoning or serious allergic reaction of one of our guests, we would be unable to trace the source in accordance with our Food Safety procedures.
Customers are advised to take note of the ingredients stated in the menu. Should you have queries about any ingredient we use, or whether a certain dish fits a particular dietary requirement, please drop in an enquiry online, or approach our staff if you’re in our premises. EagleWings Loft is not obligated to provide detailed ingredient information or allergen information prior to your purchase. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact our hotline at 8151 7777 or approach our friendly staff before ordering.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
EagleWings runs ongoing & periodic promotions of varying value. Should a customer qualify for more than 1 discount, only the one of higher percentage value will apply.
Any promotion or discount cannot be stacked with another.
Vouchers are to be fully utilised when making payment. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and not refundable.
Vouchers issued are not exchangeable for cash or credit.
EagleWings shall not be liable for the loss, damage, or expiry of vouchers, and is not obligated to issue a replacement. The same applies to digital vouchers.
Wherein a minimum spend is a prerequisite, the amount stated is not inclusive of GST and Service Charges.
Vouchers are non-renewable upon expiry. The expiry date is final.
Only 1 voucher per transaction is allowed.
Wherein other promotions or discounts are involved, the voucher may not be used in tandem with these other promotions/discounts. The user is responsible to understand the mechanics of the voucher that he/she possesses.
Vouchers may not be applied to consignment items sold at EagleWings’ premises or platforms. Consignment items are defined as non-EagleWings branded items.
The Management of EagleWings Group reserves the right to change or amend the Terms.
